If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management at this apartment complex is beyond unprofessional and dishonest. From day one, we were promised amenities—like the pool—that never even opened during our lease. On top of that, when it came time to move out, we spent weeks deep cleaning every inch of the unit—scrubbing baseboards, touching up paint, and leaving the apartment in far better condition than when we moved in. Despite all of that, they kept the majority of our deposit. Out of $1,100, we only got $300 back. That’s completely unacceptable and shows exactly how they treat tenants: with zero respect and maximum greed. This complex does not honor its promises, does not value its residents, and will nickel-and-dime you on your way out no matter how well you take care of

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have lived here for two years and the management has been absolutely awful and every time we’ve had a maintenance need, it takes weeks for them to get out even when our water heater and our heating unit had issues during the winter, which is insane! Then if You fail to pick up your dogs poop, for each piece of poop, It’s $500 in fees! My husband and I got married and our dog sitter missed one little scrap of poop and on our wedding night we were given a $500 fee. Which is where a lot of our Wedding money went! This place has absolutely been the worst place that I’ve lived in my entire life! I have the rent available in my account and yet they said that it bounced and so now I have to drive my rent payment to them for the remainder of my leas

I, just like many other reviewers here spent days at move out patch and painting, deep cleaning, making sure everything was in order. Not to mention that the apartment was dirty, had un-patched holes, had carpet that smelled like pee, etc when we moved in. We left that place in a state significantly better than when we moved in. Tonight, we get a statement from them claiming that we are responsible for repairs to a common area outside of our apartment, paint and patch, and cleaning basically the whole apartment. They even charged us for the fact that they ordered the wrong size filters. You cant make up how ridiculous these charges are. There is no universe where you leave a place in a better state than you found it, and get to pay 1300 dollars for your inconvenience. No wonder they keep t

DO NOT RENT FROM MAXXPM PROPERTIES. We moved out and DEEP CLEANED, repaired baseboards/scratched up window seals, etc. And we're sent a bill to pay for repairs, $1000 over the down-payment. Our reason for leaving was the mold that grew all over the apartment, in areas where there is no water (bedroom corners and closets). We kept the apartment very dry, aired it out daily and always ran a fan in the bathroom. They will tell you that the mold is your fault. We were out of hot water for almost a month while we waited for someone in maintenence to get back to us and get a new water heater installed. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Where to start with this. DO NOT RENT HERE. Even if the price seems better than most places. DONT. The Finance manager is AWFUL. When we moved out we DEEP cleaned everything but still got charged for things that didn't need to be charged for, they claimed they had to replace a shower towel rack but it was never broken or loose for that matter. Mentioned having to repair wall damage in the laundry room when there was no wall damage and nothing was ever hung up in the laundry. Fast forward to today. We get a charge on the app to pay our rent and it has a charge of $270 and they were asking us to pay it immediately. WHAT? No email or call or text about what the happened with our $1175 deposit, just asked us to pay that amount right away and not giving us any time to be able to afford to pay i
