Wesley Shaw is such an amazing property manager. He worked with us and was very patient with showing us apartments. He cares about our future at Pinehurst and is very understanding. 10/10 recommend coming here!!! Update: Just moved in. Beautiful apartment complex and Wesley made sure the move went smoothly. I once again recommend moving to this quiet and cozy complex.

Continuous improvements, and it’s not every day you get a property manager that listens to all the crazy questions and ideas that get brought up to him, much less actually have ideas of his own as far as events or whatnot. Very impressed with the way things are coming together and improving. Been here 3 or 4 years now and have to say it looks amazing here, and the mailbox’s have lights! That work!

Property manager, Wesley, is awesome! Very attentive and friendly guy, made our process seamless and was able to work with our situation. Most apartments in Longview that don’t have roaches and what not will cost you a good penny, but this place is affordable and haven’t had any issues. It’s quiet here, pool is clean, overall we’re pretty pleased with our experience so far. Obviously the building is old, while it’s not super fancy, they have updated some things. I am a very particular and picky person and a bit OCD when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom being a certain way and, again, I’m pretty pleased! Would definitely recommend people to live here.

As someone about to move in Mr. Wesley was awesome. This is my first time getting an apartment and he worked with me and got me something at a reasonable price. Would recommend anyone to go talk to Mr.Wesley and see what he can do to help. Very great service
