Lived here for years. The neighbors are friendly and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Great fishing on the dock and nice cool pool in the Summer!
Road conditions are terrible!!! The board failed to make timely repairs, so conditions continue to get worse. This has plagued Pinecrest year after year.
Beautiful area. Very strict on their rules and honestly it's best that way. It's well kept, safe and clean.
Great conversation with Merle! She is a delight and very informative!
Area is in disarray. Not organized. No way to identify the properties. Needs lots of work.
