I put in an application and I have waited for a year to hear back from them on the staus of my application. I have checked the website for the last few months and my application was still active until above February. When i checked it again, it stated that my application had been denied. I called the office and they stated that I need to call the WODA group for an explanation why my application was denied after a year waiting to hear from them. I have called ever 2 weeks and left messages for a callback on why my application was denied. I just would like to know why. I will also be contacting the BBB and make a complaint.

Contacting better business bureau for taking my son’s application fee and then not contacting back for weeks. This place is literally stealing people’s application fees. The waiting list is 100 people deep which they do not tell you until after you apply. They take your money and say they screened you before they do anything. Horrible way to do business!

Tried getting an apartment here for a few months now no one will email you if you call them they said they'll have someone call you in a few days. Front desk seems nice talking to therefor 2 stars but if it wasn't for them speaking kindly it'd be 1 star because NO ONE will give you a response. No one will give you an information you actually need and never contact you. ☆☆☆Don't waste your money on an application ☆☆☆

I wish I could give negative stars.... Contacted BBB for taking my money for an application fee and not having anything available or even coming available. They did not contact me concerning my application and was "unaware" that one was even filled out, so said the receptionist. This is a SCAM and during this time of economical hardships they are taking advantage of people. Absolutely horrible

Currently staying here and there a big hole in my roof!!!!! They never came to fix at all and it almost been a year now that is ridiculous!!!we done email them so many times with no response back and that is truly sad and unprofessional and unacceptable.so people don’t feel bad about them not responding back maybe it the best for you.
