Pine Winds

I have been here a while and things have greatly improved. Roomy apartments but the kitchen are small with very limited space and not enough cabinet space. Love the upstairs screened in porch. It is a great place to relax and unwind. Excellent and attentive staff. Great maintenance employees and snow is cleared away quickly on the sidewalks and parking lot. A lot of property crime here lately and management has done nothing to address the safety issue. More lighting is needed especially motion sensors. Overall it has not been a good place to call home lately. I have some serious concerns about safety.

I lived here 20 years ago and again for the past going on 3 years. I love it here!! If I should have an issue, which isn’t often, maintenance is very responsive. Love the high ceilings, wood burning fireplace and screen porch. They have the most beautiful large trees which the newer complexes lack. I recently renewed my lease and they immediately came and cleaned my carpets for me! The ladies in the office are always available and courteous if I should ever need to contact them. I have had no problems here at all!! Highly recommend!!

Staff here are friendly and professional. Ladies in the front office are awesome. Maintenance team is great as well! But the roaches here are extremely bad which unfortunately led to my move.

Update 4/24: Most of the issues have been addressed to our satisfaction. It took several residents leaving for things to calm down. I'm hoping that because of this the pool will be a good place for us this year. Have to wait and see. 6/23 We have had one problem after another since moving into this apartment complex. Repeated major maintenance issues that when discussed you are not made to feel comfortable. And unless you are persistent do not get corrected properly. Fights in the parking lot. Loud physical and verbal. Fights at the community pool. Children swimming without adult supervision. apartment. I simply love living here on Drucker and faulk property at Pine Winds Apartments. I had a frightening moment of a grease fire to happen to me. The apartment management assist with replacing my stove almost immediately. I thought at first after I was looking at the disaster that had happened that this was going to take a very long time. I was surprised and I was pleased to know that the management and maintenance jump right on my situation right after I filed my claim with rentals insurance everything just simply fell into place which made it so much easier for myself being a single mom. I have been here 3 years as of August going on four years.
