I had such a wonderful experience living here. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and welcoming. The property itself was well-maintained, peaceful, and truly felt like home. I especially want to recognize the leasing office. Karla went above and beyond every time I had a question or needed assistance. She is absolutely amazing, professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It made such a difference knowing there was someone in the office who truly cared about the residents and took pride in their work. Any maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and communication was always clear and respectful. I always felt valued as a resident. Absolutely love it here! I've been a resident for years and I have no plans of leaving any time soon. The neighborhood is really nice, the complex is pet friendly and my apt is perfect for what I need. Everyone repects quiet hours (except birds that start going off at 3am but there's nothing to really be done about that lol) and i feel safe at all times. Karla is the absolute best and always helps gets my issues solved quickly and Gary is always quick to respond to maintenance requests. They've both made sure I know to call them as soon as issues arise since i never want to be a bother haha. Nothing but great experiences with both of them!

Very quiet and slow paced neighborhood for being in the city. I love it here so much, they keep it cleaned. Karla is the best! She’s very compassionate and communicative, you can tell she wants the best for her residents. Great place and great energy
