DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I should have known better than to apply somewhere that forces you to put a deposit down on an apartment you don’t have. Their website says the deposit is refundable but they’ll tell you it’s not. It took them a week to process my application, I worked in leasing before with cushman and Wakefield and you get an approval/denial in minutes once you input the income and run credit in Yardi. I went in to check on my app and one lady said I was approved with conditions but she couldn’t process anything because the other lady was working on my account, I asked to switch the apartment I had applied for online and she said neither of the ones I was interested was available and that even if it’s on the website it doesn’t mean anything, so you apply and

5/5 – Great Living Experience at Westland Apartments Living at Westland Apartments in Las Vegas has been a really solid experience. The community is quiet, well-kept, and surprisingly peaceful considering how close it is to major roads, shopping, and restaurants. The staff has been professional and responsive any time I needed something, and maintenance requests were handled quickly without any hassle. The units themselves are comfortable and functional, with plenty of space and good natural light. Parking has also been easy, which is a huge bonus in Vegas. I’ve felt safe in the area, and the neighbors have been friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to live in Las Vegas, Westland Apartments is definitely worth checking out.

The property manger yessica is the best , my first time renting & she made everything so simple and easy … property is A1 for the area and maintenance comes fast !

This place has mold. Everything is smashed and covered with plywood. The roaches are out of control here and management never fixes anything properly. We have plumbing issues and the apartments smell terrible. I had to go without ac and plumbing this month. Now the ceilings are wet and falling down.They want me to pay for an apartment transfer for their mistakes.Berry is terrible and never fixes anything properly. These people are slum lords.
