Pine Valley Apartments

Things started great and then went down hill. constant staff turnover, and there was a period of time where work requests either never got filled or they got fixed an unacceptable amount of time later. They never answer the phone and barely return messages. I've been looking to see if we can look to get a 2BR but I can never get ahold of anyone. Oh, but I bet if I was late on rent they'd answer or come around searching for the money. Incredibly frustrating knowing how this place used to be and respond and how rent keeps going up, but service keeps declining.

EVERY TIME I come to visit my family here in the winter the parking lot is NEVER shoveled/plowed or salted! Kids live here, elderly/handicapped people live here as well. It's like this place is waiting & wanting a lawsuit. SMH

What a wonderful maintenance man Miguel is!!!! He recently installed a toilet to the bath area in my apartment. It is of a beautiful quality (clean and new) and a job well done. I like the unit that the apartment complex selected. Miguel cleaned the area he worked in and he was efficient about his work. Very pleased to be a resident.

The office staff/property manager, Susan, was and is very helpful in answering all my questions and she made the process of applying very smooth. Susan was accessible each time I needed help and was very friendly, and knowledgeable about this whole process for me. I also appreciated her quick accessibility. I'm looking forward to an enjoyable experience in my new home at Pine Valley.

We have been living here at Pine Valley for 23 years now and it has been a pretty decent place to live the apartments are very nice size and the grounds are kept pretty nice also. The other nice thing about living in Pine Valley is that it is very convenient to all shopping centers in grocery stores everything is right there at our fingertips.
