Pine Street Apartments

The apartments themselves are nice and reasonably priced. It's a good location if you're working or studying downtown. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. The management, while very nice and cooperative, is simply overburdened and therefore doesn't always live up to the standards people may expect, however. If you're super needy you may need to look elsewhere.

These apartments are affordable and well maintained. They lack a lot of amenities, and that is reflected in the price. The walls and floors are thin, so you'll hear and smell your neighbors frequently. The layout of actual apartment is peculiar, long with only windows on the end (making air circulation very poor) but having a balcony was nice. Management is nearby and for the most part responds to inquiries and email. Overall these apartments are good.
