This is quite possibly the worst place I ever lived. I moved in March of 2021 and at first it was recently renovated and managed well by BJ and Tina but soon after BJ left things started to go down hill. Tina kept it afloat very well until Skyward Rentals bought the place. They would regularly kill the outside lights to save money leaving tenants in complete darkness outside which would create dangerous conditions. They would go months at a time without seeing a property manager, a maintenance man, or cutting grass. The washers never work and they stink. They also have bad plumbing. The parking lot floods with sewage(shitty) water and some apartments have flooded too. Not to mention rent use to be $625 in 2021 then they raised the went to $875 lock in lease with $1000 monthly lease. The a

This is probably the most honest opinion review you’ll ever see. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE. I lived there for over a year due to work. They keep changing management a lot, the maintenance on the apartment are very poor, hardly cut the grass, the roads are worse than living under a bridge, they have a huge leak that they will not fix, NOBODY ever answers the phone in the office, and besides being rude, for your deposit it’s a big hassle for you to get it back! It is not worth saving a few hundred dollars because the rent is cheap over the conditions they run in the apartments!

The apartments are not bad. they are pretty cozy but small. the property needs some fixing. maybe rebuild the basketball court and build a small playground for the kids. but its not bad. neighborhood is quiet. I just do not like that they don't accept pets. with all this space especially in the court yard you would think they would be okay with allowing pets so they can run around and play. however, overall its a pretty decent place, and for the rent? even better.

Amazing units and great management, Ms Christina is a miracle worker and genuinely cares . She has turned my nightmare into a miracle, the only problem they had here was Sean , he didn't know much of anything and was not handling business at ALL!!!!! If you ever need help with anything concerning this facility, speak with Ms Christina. Thank you Ms Christina for helping me and my family get the ball rolling on our new apartment.

The apartments are getting better slowly but surely since under new ownership and management. I don’t particularly like when they are doing something in the area that requires them to turn off the water because sometimes we don’t get a heads up and when needed I can never get a hold of emergency maintenance after hours. It’s much better than it was in the past though.
