Pine Ridge Crossing Apartments

Extremely Unprofessional Leasing Experience We showed up to the leasing office on time for our visit and buzzed multiple times, but no one answered. We waited around for about 20 minutes in the cold, continued buzzing, and even left a voicemail, yet we never received a callback or any explanation as to why no one showed up. No one came out, no one acknowledged us, and we were completely ignored. This was a huge waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. If this is how the apartment management treats prospective tenants, it raises concerns about how current residents are treated. Very disappointing experience.

Pine Ridge Crossings Apartments was great place to live. I was very quiet neighborhood. It is accessible to almost to everything. The Property Manager Tina is excellent and very personable. She very attentive to your needs and concerns. I loved living there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tina from management is amazing!! I love my unit, everything is so clean. The surroundings and inside the building are taken well care of. My apartment is simply gorgeous, It is so peaceful . Tina does a wonderful job in reaching out and keeping us posted on current events. She replies to my e mails immediately. I can’t thank her and her team enough. I hope to live here for many years to come

I have stayed in Pine Ridge Crossings since 1/2017. Staff in office Tina is a wonderful person she listen to your concerns of the property. Property is well maintained such as grounds and common area. Just a pleasure and peace of mind staying in a safe secured neighborhood.

My experience in Pine Ridge Crossing apartments has been an amazing experience. The property manager (Tina V.) goes above and beyond her job description. She is extremely caring and compassionate about her "PRC Peeps" which is her tenants. She informed us about weather conditions and always has our best interest in mind. The maintenance personnel mimic her behavior and is always doing their best to make sure we are safe and they keep the grounds well manicured. They show up for us. The office is always festive and beautifully decorated. Tina does havea lot of gathering for holidays as well. I recommend it 100%. Great place to live.
