I love my place and whenever I need attention to my place they are always on time and the office staff is amazing she always answer the phone and when they don't answer she will return your call the place I very spacious

Very well keep apartments and grounds. I have an one bedroom apartment and it was very clean when I moved in. It's very spacious and the building is quiet. Neighbors are friendly and most people keep to themselves. Amy the apartment manager is so sweet. Very peaceful environment. The price of rent is great and affordable.

This was a great place to live Amy was good to work with however the maintenance guy was not so pleasant. Before I moved there was a suv in the parking lot the tire was off and it was blocking people getting in and out. I called the "after hours" number which was the maintenance guy he was not interested in what I was telling him I mean this vehicle set in the middle of the parking lot for days. I called the maintenance guy the next day all he told me was to call the police myself he was "JUST THE MAINTENANCE GUY" very rude uncaring and refused to help. But this is the same guy that calls the tow company when vehicles don't have parking stickers ( the tow company confirmed he is the one calling) but couldn't call to have that vehicle that was blocking entrance to peoples homes. Hello everyone, I’m very grateful to be a resident at Pine Ridge Apartment. People in the offices are very helpful and nice and the process of getting the apartment was quick. Thank you for what you’re doing to our community!

The staff are very responsive and friendly. They've done great about getting dumpsters emptied after holidays or snow days and keeping the grounds clean. If I've had any maintenance issues they respond quickly. The manager is great at getting things done that need to be done and friendly. They give plenty of notice before coming into the apartment, which is great for people with anxiety. They regularly spray preventive for pest and change air filters. I love that it's a short drive to walmart and food city and plenty of restaurants are right down the road. My only complaint is the dryers mess up sometimes, everything else is great!
