My experience with DeGeorge Management was exceptional from start to finish! From my initial contact with Derek, he was always available to answer any questions and was prompt, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Communication and next steps were always clear and seamless. The apartments at Pine Ridge are beautiful, comfortable, and suitable for my small family. Derek ensured our transition was smooth and satisfactory. Derek and the team at DeGeorge Management made the entire process—touring, signing the lease, and moving in—smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated being able to communicate via text rather than email or phone, and they were always quick to respond. They even accommodated an earlier move-in time when I became available sooner than my original appointment, which was a huge help. When something broke shortly after I moved in, they took care of it right away. I'm excited to get settled into my new place!

Our agent Derek nailed it honestly. He was very open about the whole moving process and went to bat for us against RG&E for like 2+ weeks. Onboarding was not too hard either and new place is very nice.

The property is beautiful and well maintained! I applied and got a response from a woman named Leigh in a timely manner. She walked me through the process of renting, as this would be my first time living on my own, and was understanding when I asked her if I could have time to think about it. The staff make me think this is the best choice, easy.
