Pine Ridge Apartments

Since moving in September, I have nothing but good things to say about pine ridge. It’s pretty much always quiet, and the price is unbeatable for a one bedroom in this economy. So far every maintenance request I’ve had has been handled (the same day,) which is very rare, and really speaks volumes about management.

Pine Ridge is the best bang for your buck in the area. Rent is reasonable, repairs are quick, and the property is quiet (aside from I45). Management is easy to work with and the units are pretty good. There's a few roaches here and there, but they spray consistently to keep things under control and it has been really effective with my unit. I have really enjoyed living here and I would recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Conroe area.

This apartment is HORRIBLE. They TRIED bully and evicting my 75 year old grandmother for RIDICULOUS reasons and my Nanna never did anything to bother them!! Always paid on time and stayed to herself. NOTICE I say TRIED because they FAILED. They thought my Nanna wouldn’t take them to court and she did! My Nanna won her case and the courts dismissed the eviction!!! JUSTICE SERVED. Pick on someone your own size.

Words cannot explain how much Pine Ridge Apartments has helped me and my father. They were able to work with my father’s restricted income. And they offered a very low deposit compared to other places we visited. They were understanding of my situation, they accepted my power of attorney and understood I was my fathers caregiver no questions asked. I felt like they truly cared for my fathers piece of mind. They facilitated the whole entire process from beginning to end for me, and me becoming responsible for my elderly father has been so stressful, and they truly made this whole entire process stress-free for me.
