Pine Ridge Apartments

Management team is friendly and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Deisy has been especially helpful always professional and willing to assist. We feel safe. Location super convenient in Cary! I'm pretty sure everyone feels the same thing.

The apartment is in a good location, close to downtown Cary, but there is a catch. The apartment community does not have any amenities. The playground and dog play area need repairs and upkeep. The dog waste stations do not have waste bags and are often overfilled with trash. Throughout the month of October, the community was pitch black dark due to the outside lights not working, and only some of the lights were repaired last week. Maintenance work orders take months to complete. I have been dealing with windows in my unit leaking water on the inside for months, and I have been given the runaround about when repairs will be done. Maintenance does not change the air filters in the apartments automatically; instead, you have to remember to request a filter change, and the office will leave

I absolutely love living at Pine Ridge! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the location in Cary can’t be beat — close to shops, parks, and restaurants. The apartments are updated, clean, and comfortable. Management is responsive and proactive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It’s been such a stress-free and enjoyable place to live.

The property management at Pine Ridge Apartments is super friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond whenever anything comes up. They really make you feel taken care of. Plus, the location is just perfect which is right in downtown Cary, with great access to I‑40 and NC 54. You’ve got dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment all just minutes away.

Deisy has been a great addition to Pine Ridge. I have seen this community change as soon as as she took the position. She is very friendly & easy going. She is very transparent & communicative. Since she has arrived any & all work orders have been completed in a timely fashion. She really has made this place feel like home.
