Pine Ridge Apartments

I did not listen to these reviews and moved in October and moved out beginning of this month because of mold . Also you can hear your neighbors sneeze , the windows are ine panel and condensation is crazy and causes mold , management does not abide by tenant laws as i had to move due to living conditions and PM attempted to force me to sign an lease addition raising my rent then tried to charge me rent after 30 day notice and refuses to refund my overage that was paid upon moving in and returning my deposit as unit was cleaned and I had to move due to circumstance of health! I say all this to say this , do NOT move here pay the extra to live somewhere else where your family can be healthy and you can arent getting ripped off and lied to !

Apartment smelled musty floors had black stains on the carpet, very outdated, water stains on the wall. manager at the time was very rude she gave my Apartment away after I already had lights and water turned on. So glad I didn't move there

I would have made this place higher if it wasn't for the fact that the old manager isn't here anymore. We had a water leak for 2 weeks until maintenance could come out and fix it. Maintenance here is very slow. On top of which the apartments are 40 years old and some of them are falling apart on the seams. I'm not trying to give a bad report, but we are moving out soon. And I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know. The reason why we're moving now is that we've had a bird for over 2 years now. And our last two managers never had a complaint with it. But now the new managers says that we're not allowed to have pets and we either get rid of the bird or we leave. So if you're going to be living here, I'd recommend you get everything in writing. Because they do not go by the

Do not ever rent one of these apartments. Aside from being cheap there's nothing positive about them, everything is literally falling apart. We were evicted for not being clean enough, even though we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and it looked exactly like it did when we moved in. They will try to find a reason to evict you if they can
