I lived at Pine Minor Apartment for over two years and truly enjoyed my time there. The maintenance team deserves special mention for how consistently prompt and reliable they were whenever an issue came up. During my stay, Miles in the front office was always kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. More recently, after the management transition, both Tyler and Svitlana went above and beyond to make the move out process smooth and fair. Tyler took the time to patiently walk me through each step, answered my questions promptly, and conducted the inspection with care, transparency, and fairness, which I greatly appreciated. I lived at Pine + Minor for seven months (moved out due to relocation) and overall it's a great experience. There are a few small things that I don't like, but they are not big deals to me; your mileage may vary. Pros: Location is absolutely great. Close to both Capitol Hill (restaurants, coffee shops, stores) and Downtown (transit, office, more restaurants and coffee shops). Amazon Fresh is just a few blocks away and there are two Whole Foods, a QFC within 15 mins walk. It's a very convenient location and I walk to a ton of places. My studio is neatly set up, well equipped, and super spacious. Big kitchen with lots of cupboard space. Bathroom is huge too. I've lived at pine miner for going on 3 years, and it's been a place I call home. The management company that work here are empathetic, kind people who yes, focus in on monthly numbers and goals, of course, but they also do care about the people who live here. Miles is, in my opinion, the heart of the building. He works the front desk, making sure everyone gets what they need without hesitation. He's a really good guy If you choose to move in this building, you won't be disappointed or surprised by anything.

I lived here for more than half a year, moved out because I have a roommate and they dont have a 2 bedroom apartment here and also my roommate wants to live nearer to the Sphere. Overall, I had a great experience here Pro: The team is great, Miles and Alexandra take good care of me. The apartment is nice, clean, I have never had a problem with packages. The gym is okay, and the common area is nice, I feel very safe. Interior is modern and nice and the space is spacious. The term of the lease is very generous - they allow me to have a shorter lease without a big increase in rent, which is not a common thing Cons: The floor plan of my apartment is a bit weird in my opinion — should I put my bed in front of the kitchen, or in front of the bathroom next to the front door? — so that’s not ver

The office staff are amazing and super friendly! Maintenance always gets things done in a timely matter and goes the extra mile. I love this property and everything they have to offer! Being able to be this close to a lot of things and it still feeling like home. Shout out to Monty, Miles and Zumana and Aya!
