Pine Lane Apartments

I deleted my original review to leave a new review. My other review was also a terrible review and things have gotten worse. This new company might as well be slum lords. I went FOUR weeks without AC. It has been “fixed” several times by maintenance going up for 5 minutes and saying it was clogged. Then it stops working again. My thermostat stops at 90 and it is way hotter than that in here. My fans that I had to buy aren’t even cooling me down. I pay 1400$ after utilities and have no air conditioning. The other day they had a bunch of new AC units on a truck, I asked maintenance if we were all getting them and he said no. Most of the ac units here are visibly destroyed and need to be completely replaced but instead they just put a bandaid over the problem repeatedly with the same outcome.

This is the worst apartment complex in Albuquerque. There is no in state management so you can not get in contact with anyone. There is no office so you can’t go to anyone either. All you can do is leave messages. I was without hot water for two weeks straight and no calls from management or maintenance. This past weekend a maintenance man came and told me it will be another week because that’s how long it takes for the part to come in. Friday will be three weeks with no hot water. No calls or help from management, it is the middle of winter.

This place brakes the law every day by ignoring work orders for amenities to keep the place livable. It got bought by corporate and they kicked out all the sitting tenants by not renewing their leases in order to jack up the price of the rent.

The viewing I had was absolutely horrible the place had a horrible smell the place seem as if they didn’t really want anyone to rent it, like they purposely left it nasty like be serious, how is the agent even allowing places to be shown in these types of condition, I was stunned that I was shown a filthy unit like that.. although being said Very Nice agent very welcoming! Just do better with who ever is the property’s management is, walk in that place and ask yourself would you want your sister and her kids staying here or your brother and his small family or even your grandparents this just wow

Residents did not have water for 23 hours. The water authority said water was shut off for a billing dispute & non payment. MGMT ignored emails, calls, & notifation letters. It was finally paid...9ver $2000 had been owed. Shameful There;s no localmgmt here in Albuquerque. Worse company
