Pine Haven Apartments

What a pig sty. Nothing but trash all over the grounds here. Absolutely no pride exists here. Everywhere you look on this property there is piles of trash and the parking lot is just filled with scattered garbage. Just a shame people live this way.

I lived here for 4 years and it was ok in the beginning now I haves moved out and no one answers for me to receive my deposit. I need that to move in the place I just got accepted in why is it so hard to contact anyone. Makes me feel like someone is just looking at it ring.

Have a lot of good and bad memories of this place bittersweet. 😢 Miss you. 😭

There's a lot of vacant apartments at this property filled with trash and food from a year ago haven't been cleaned out. Its Unhealthy to move people in with mold growing in these apartments and office girl there doesn't know what she doing and lies to residents all the tine. People paper work mess up there no apartment open because lil girl in the office does nothing check on these apartments. There multiple apartment 's mold growing and office ask maintenance to cover up a lot of thing. Apartments are unsafe and no one should be living in any of them. There's no material for maintenance to fix anything. There's holes in the floor up stairs. In these apartmen you can see down into livingroom.

My name is patrice ferron in march 2021 I put in an application and I was told to pay application fee and $100 for holding fee and it would goes towards your payment. I keep calling to find out the status on my application but never luck I also went to office several times and it's always close as time goes by I constantly calling and finally a lady answer the phone and when I asked her about my application she told me her system is down I should keep check back instead of her update me on my application. One day after work I decided to go by office to talk to them in person and I was told the same thing that the system is not up as yet it's been over 3 years and no answer from this apartment company is there a manager working here will someone let me know the status on my application or i
