Pine Harbour Apartments

I just wanted to leave a review to say Olga Rendon, was so wonderful to me during my Move In today. Very helpful, kind and sweet. Pine Harbour is lucky to have someone like her in the office. It doesn’t take much to be kind and helpful and she made my move-in process a good experience.

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at Pine Harbour a month ago, and it has been such a wonderful experience. Angel Nazario in the front office is excellent! When we first came to visit the apartment, Angel gave us such a detailed and thorough tour of the community. He answered all of our questions, helped us through the entire leasing process, and even gave us a wonderful welcome gift when we moved in! Our apartment was clean and move in ready. The maintenance team is very professional, helpful, and timely. As two college students, safety is a huge concern of ours, and we both feel extremely safe here. This apartment complex is in a good location and the gym is decent minus sanitary wipes. I do not recommend this place because sometimes you will have trash randomly scattered in front of your door due to a raccoon getting to the trash before valet can pick it up !! Also they have a big pest problem! In my opinion not worth the price.

I just checked out these apartments as I'm searching to move to Orlando. The complex is clean and beautiful. The model we were shown was stunning and had ample space. The service was the most amazing part. Total transparency and friendliness. Olga was incredibly helpful. This apartment reached the top of my list for consideration.

I really enjoyed living in my one bedroom apartment at Pine Harbour. It is close to the Waterford Lakes area, which has many great stores and restaurants. It is also right off of a highway which gives quick access to downtown and attractions. It's gated, safe, and well-maintained with great amenities. Overall, I had a great experience with them, besides feeling like they weren't transparent about a mandatory carpet cleaning fee due upon move out.
