Honest Review of Pine Groves Pine Groves itself is a nice community, and the apartments are visually appealing. However, many of the appliances either come broken or are extremely rusted and dirty. While I personally never experienced any noise issues, my biggest concern has always been the office and management staff. During my time living here, random dogs have repeatedly urinated throughout my building, leaving the entire area smelling horrible. Neither maintenance nor the office staff seemed to care, despite multiple complaints. When you’re paying nearly $2,000 a month, you would expect basic cleanliness and responsiveness — but that is clearly not a priority here. The office is extremely unhelpful. Love the service, very kind and knowledgeable. Eloy provided excellent service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the community, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. I had a great experience working with him and would definitely recommend him to future residents.

Even though she hasn’t been here for long, the impact she has already made is something I truly appreciate. For the first time since living in this community, I feel like we finally have a manager who genuinely cares about our concerns. Lauren has personally called my phone to talk through each situation I’ve been dealing with, and that level of communication is something I’ve never experienced here before. She listens, follows up, and makes sure I feel supported. We are already working through all of my pending issues, and she reached out to me so quickly to see what she could do to help. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The environment is comfortable, quiet, and overall very enjoyable for day-to-day living.I also want to give a special shoutout to Eloy, the property manager. He’s extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, he’s responded quickly and taken care of things right away. It’s clear he really cares about the residents and the community.Overall, I highly recommend this place, it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had.

Eloy Gourley Is a very sweet person from the time I came to ask questions about the apartment til the time he place me in a unit I had nothing but good vibes and encouragement from him. He’s a very good people person customer service skills is a 10/10 ever time we communicated it was all smiles and laughter… I would recommend him any day…
