Pine Glen Apartments

Security is a HUGE problem! The homeless are breaking in empty downstairs apartments! People are leaving back doors open and unlock so they are sleeping in back hallways. So areas are so dark you can't see in front of you! The solution is call the police but by the time police gets here they are gone. I like where I live and my apartment I see and recognize the improvements the new owners are doing. But as long as these homeless are breaking in apartments and cars people will not want to move here or stay here. The solution is simple! Get night time security or offer IMPD a free apartment where police can come and do reports in. Seeing police cars in area will help deter some of the things going on. Keep reminding residents not to give security codes to anyone other than delive

If I could leave 0 stars i would. We moved in around July 2024. We then bailed on our lease in January of 2025. We happened to have a lower apartment that bordered with Capitol Place. The amount of shootings over there, with one damn near coming through our window. Add to that some of the VERY disrespectful neighbors we had and the shootings in Pine Glen on a regular basis, we just couldn't take it anymore. Management was no help at all (Angel). Due to the crime I couldn't sit back and risk my child's life any longer. We were told if it was an unsafe situation we could break our lease with no penalty but we received paperwork from them over the summer wanting thousands. Good luck. This community has come so far in such a short time! The leasing team is so polished and polite ! The management team has actively been making changes and renovations for the better ! This is the first year that the pool will be working after five years!!!

I recently came to visit a family member and was quite pleased with how much of a difference I seen since I last visited this complex a year ago. The office looks so much brighter and clean as well as the property. Kudos to the new staff and ownership!

Do not move here. My daughter is so sad living there. It’s invested with mice and roaches!!! The office seem to not care. Her neighbors are mean to her and the pain in my daughter voice when she calls me about the problems is truly heartbreaking.she’s scared of the gun shots every other night. All the care about is keeping the grass cut not the tenants!! The street lights are out and have always been. It’s so dangerous! Do not move here you will regret it.
