We lived here for 3 years and it was a nightmare. Parking lot is a big issue. It seems they lack the ability to tell people how many cars they can have. There are cars in the parking lot that have been park there for months without being moved and they never said anything about it. On one side of the property they have the parking spots numbered cause apparently those are reserved for the owner's family. If you park in those they will tow your car but that is all they will do. It seems the owner who smokes near the office doesn't care about her residents cause when you go up to her to tell her about the cars she will scream at you and tell you not to bother her. Crazy! This is the worst place to live. The first thing is that there is not parking spot if you dont get home around 5pm you will have to park in the fire lane. Yes, the lady in the office said you can park there. There is usually one lady in the office but there is another one who goes there I dont known if she is the owner or not but she is the definition of RUDE. She will raise her voice at you if you ask a question about the apartments. She gets very aggressive and nothing gets fixed unless you keep bugging them. When you need maintenance to fix your sink, they will tell you to wait cause they have things to do and they will come like 2 weeks after you tell them amd usually the maintenance guy that comes is very unprofessional cause he will tell you everyone's personal business. Wish i could rate 0 Loved here for 4+ years and i can only say 1 good thing. And many bad. No parking available if you dont get a spot by 5pm you have to leave your car across the street and many cars left over in the spot get broken in or stolen. Heating is very bad in the apartments. Air conditioning is also a problem 1 air conditioner that poorly keeps the livingroom cool. You cant have normal window air condition units and if you try to use a air condition in the other hot rooms the breaks trip all the time. During the summer you will be extremely hot. And your energy bill will be out of control if you do try to use portable air conditioners to keep cool.... I was visiting and was surprised at the attitude I saw the office lady give a resident for walking her dogs , she actually told the woman she had to walk her dogs in front of her own building, that I found totally offensive in itself, I mean why the heck can't you walk your dog(s) anywhere you want to on the property if your a resident and of course properly clean up after your animal? I was offended and I feel like there is some discrimination going on. The office personnel should always be courteous and helpful to residents and that's not what I saw. I would not even want to consider living in that place for the amount of money it costs to live there, to be treated wrongly. I am looking for a place near here for work purposes unfortunately for Pine Garden they lost a great potential rent

This apartment complex is the worst. I lived there for 2years with my family. Once I moved out at the end of my lease,. They attached huge fees to it and sent it to my credit saying I owed all this money. I spoke to the office personnel 6 months ago, they didn't even have a record of us living there during the time we were there. They won't send me a letter stating I don't owe that either. I keep calling and can't get anyone in the office to answer anymore. Do not live here!!!!
