5 ⭐️ for a tour? Is crazy lol. PLEASE read reviews from tenants (personal i recommend from those who have lived here more than 1-6 months.) The property management & other staff are completely ridiculous. They are extremely rude, incompetent sometimes, and lazy. They know the conditions of the complex, and choose to ignore & continue to walk past it. There is trash everywhere. There is constantly things that need renovated, but they expect you to up keep the building as if you own it😅 The complex is severely outdated. They increase your rent, but refuse to remodel or upkeep the place in a humane manor. $1,000+ to be forced to live like a pig, is unbelievable. Moved out and still waiting to get my deposit back and get the constant runaround. They had many renters live there for months, destroy their apartments and stay without paying rent for many months. Some of the worse people live there. And of course the many car break ins and even had one murder. Lights in hallways are out at times for weeks. No protection from outside vendors knocking on your door at night since front door entry system does not work. Getting a tour of the property and giving them five stars is not a review so ignore those reviews. And ignore the many other reviews that are over three years old. It was a different place back then. DO NOT LIVE HERE. New management took over a couple months ago and they are AWFUL. They have no idea what they are doing. I had black mold in my apartment for months. My building was destroyed due to a suspected electrical fire. And has been deemed uninhabitable. They have done nothing for the 30 displaced residents. When I met with the one of the owners she was unsympathetic and yelled at me telling me I should just be grateful that no one was hurt. You can never reach anyone at the office. I’ve asked for a copy of my lease 3 times and I believe they have lost it (my copy is in my apartment that we haven’t been allowed in). We left with the clothing on our backs and that’s it. DONT MOVE HERE . Management is HORRIBLE . Basically doesn’t exist . More half the laundry machines don’t work . Have not been fixed in over a year . lots of maintenance problems with electrical , plumbing , etc . And it NEVER fixed . Can’t even fix a broker dryer door for the past 6+months
