Pine Crest Apartments

The worst place to put your money. Homeless people everywhere within the apartment and management ain’t doing nothing about it. If your car is towed you should be going to Goodyear for your car isn’t that insane. I regretted renting this apartment plus every time you should be expecting flood from your neighbors. Managed very poorly.

New management staff is great!!! I put a four stars because I wish it was gated. Maintenance is working hard. I miss Drago but the other guys are doing their best. One of the maintenance men come out very early every morning and pick up trash. Some of the residents take it for granted, so that upsets me when I see a younger well able body throw their trash by the road. Animals!!! But things have gotten better.

This apartment complex is the absolute worse. A friend of mines moved in March 2018 saw bugs after a few days put traps down sprayed cleaned the usual. Here it is July after complaining multiple times a week after being told exterminator will be out every other Thursday they've been out a total of 3 times. They don't do anything to get rid of bug problem. They random make u rules as they go to make their job easier and your living experience horrible. The proprpro manager is the rudest most non caring person you will ever meet. I've been in customer seiservice for 13 years now and customer service satisfication is a must. When you are giving your money to live you want to be comfortable and you want your landlords to care for their tenants, NOT this complex they deserve negative ratings al

They staff if friendly helpful and caring.Sandra is the perfect manager she keeps this property safe and in order .the maintenance team is amazing always quick to fix the problems. Never had a problem here i actually moved out for a while n moved back in no other apartments felt like home but here i love n recommend to any everyone i know..❤ pinecrest best apt I've experience !!!

Managment is very unprofessional, the property manager will disrespect the residents and talk down to them.. apartments are constantly having to be treated for bed bugs, drugs deals happening at night. Security patrols are worthless as all they do is show up, take a picture of the leasing office and leave. We have had our cars broken into multiple times over the years living here. property requires you to have a parking permit just to park on site and if u dont have one then good luck finding a place to park on the packed street, the towing company will tow ur car with out warnings.. my advice is to stay away from this property. It is NOT worth the cheap price... you get what you pay for!!!
