Pindo Pointe Apartments

I recently came to visit my sister who lives at Pindo Point Apartments, and I have to say the property looks completely different in the best way. She mentioned there was a new property manager, and while I was outside I noticed a young man walking the property with a clipboard and papers, checking things out. I believe his name was DeShawn. I decided to stop by the office just to let him know he’s doing a great job with the property. He was very well spoken, extremely nice, and welcoming. He even offered me some refreshments from their resident bar and gave me a little information about the apartments. From what I saw, he seems very hands-on and genuinely cares about the property and the residents. I’ve met the previous property manager before and she wasn’t very pleasant, but this new

I wanted to give Zero Stars, but it wouldn't allow me to type this review. These apartments are absolutely terrible. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else. I once lived here and didn't have access to hot water for over 4 weeks because of a gas leak, and I just heard that they're experiencing the same thing again now. The rent is pretty cheap, but the quality of life in Pindo Pointe is pretty bad. Maintenance is overworked and underpaid, and boy can you tell. Poor Richard is basically servicing the entire complex by himself. It's nearly impossible to get immediate assistance when you need it.

update as of new management/being bought by another company: you can tell they are doing their best to upgrade this place, they have upgraded the apartments very much by applying solar screens (no charge to tenant), laundry services now available, maintenence requests are taken care of faster than before and power washing of the buildings/streets. As of the community itself, it is still very noisy and dirty. There are times where there are bottles of liquor and beer bottles/cans all over the grass infront of buildings, it is difficult to get ahold of the office sometimes unfortunately. Oh and you are no longer greeted by a nasty attitude, so that is major plus! I highly recommend you DO NOT stay here, these apartments are not what they advertise. New management are doing more then the previous but still having constant issues with the noise. Constantly hearing stomping and what seems like a dresser falling over and loud music all night long. As a person who works in the industrial industry I wouldn't recommend.

Moved in on July 10 and have been having issues since I got in the apartment, the first 2 months the a/c would not work and still doesn’t work correctly I’ve called maintenance multiple times he comes and says the filter has been changed nothing else he can do, Only 2 of my electrical sockets in my living room works I have to switch my couch and my tv around just so I could watch tv, Kitchen Cabinets don’t close I could be standing in the bed room door and boom I can see straight into my kitchen cabinet looking at all my cups and plate while we talking about doors my bedroom door it’s put in sideways sound crazy huh I didn’t even think that could be done like also my door to enter the apartment is horrible, most days I get to my apartment door won’t unlock, door knob is turning but not op
