Dave Morales is an excellent inspector who takes the time to explain and show you the issues with the house and its systems. He made an excellent report of all the known issues of the house and was very thorough, looking in all the areas that needed addressing. He made a 3d floor plan of the house which made it easy to understand and digitally “walk” through the house, to be honest, I would like the real estate companies to use the exact same 3d model that was used on the inspection for the virtual walk through on Zillow or similar sites. We purchased the wood destroying insect inspection and the sewer scope inspection and both were carried out timely and accurately.
