Guilford did a phenomenal job of inspecting my house. He is extremely kind and was very thorough with his inspection. He was able to answer any questions that I had and educated me on many aspects of the house. I highly recommend going with Guilford.

Guilford did an amazing job! we used his services on the home we purchased 8 years ago and loved his through quality work so much that we called him again for the new build we just purchased. He finds every little thing that can or needs to be fixed. I feel so much safer having him do the inspection knowing that I will be informed about every single issue my home may have. He provides a detailed report with color photos to make it super easy for the request for repairs to be submitted to the seller. I 100% recommend him and will use him for the next home I buy and recommend him to all my friends and family!
