We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Ed! We are first-time home buyers, and Ed helped us feel comfortable by being thorough in his inspection of the home and in his explanations to us. Ed was knowledgable and candid throughout our entire 2 hours together. Ed also promptly provided us with the written Inspection Report. Ed was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very willing to share information or advice about our home systems or general home maintenance with us. The inspection was very thorough, as was the report. Ed even went out of his way to check on a couple things in the house that weren't included in the "official" inspection.

Fast, reliable, very professional and we had peace of mind making decisions. Thank you so much Ed Ranieri! We felt like we have a family/friend in him. Ed showed me everything that was wrong with the house and save us from buying a house that was in bad condition. Ed check appliances in the house to see if it is in working conditions and how long they will last. Ed also gives tips on how to fix and how much it will cost. Ed works really hard and always have a smile on his face!

If you want someone that will tell you if your new house has a couple of light bulbs that aren't working, or maybe a bad light switch, then Ed is fine. Just don't expect him to catch any important things like building code violations, because he doesn't have a clue. My new house had an incorrectly built porch, and Ed did not catch it. He then admitted that he doesn't know anything about construction when asked about it. He's not worth the money, in my opinion.
