I couldn't be happier with the Home Inspection Kevin completed for me. Kevin was incredibly thorough, even outdoors in 19 degree temperatures. He walked me through the entire house, basement to crawl space. He noted every little issue and explained to me clearly the things I should do upon closing and into the future. He even showed me the breakers and said that they were his favorite brand because of their durability and versatility. Because of Kevin's attention to detail, I felt completely comfortable signing my purchase agreement! I contacted Pillar to Post originally when I purchased my home. Kevin was exceptionally thorough and professional. Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable. He made various suggestions throughout the inspection and made sure all of our questions were answered. He even gave us a binder with home information, general construction prices and folders for important paperwork.
