Piedmont Pad Apartments

Don’t live here!!! Unless you want to deal with pests, thieves and dirty hallways. It took valet trash 3 days to pickup my trash. They let dogs piss and poop in the hallways and the floors are never clean. My sink that is somehow connected to my dishwasher has been stopped up for months and they will not come and fix it. It’s no where near safe there was a man waiting in the stairwell late at night so make sure you keep protection. My packages have been getting stolen since I moved in and everyone will tell you this place is infested with roaches there is nothing you can do about it. The majority of these units also have mold. Just don’t do it. And if you can break your lease I suggest that too.

I recently went for a viewing with Evelyn Peace as I was hoping to move in quite quickly. She gave me a great tour of the unit and was extremely kind and reassuring throughout the process. She really took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that the team would help me secure a unit. It’s clear that Evelyn genuinely cares about her residents. After the tour, I started the application and can’t wait to move in.Overall, it was a really positive and welcoming experience.

I’m writing this review to warn others about serious issues I’ve experienced with Cynergy Management. Over time, I discovered that rent payments were not being properly posted to my account. Despite providing proof of payment, I received no clear records or explanations. Maintenance has also been a major problem. Requests go unanswered for weeks or months, and when work is done, it’s often by staff who seem unqualified or dishonest. In some cases, I have reason to believe maintenance personnel have taken items from my unit, and the property manager appears to ignore these complaints entirely. I took a tour of these apartments today and to be honest there has been some changes. Last year when I viewed the elevators had a horrific smell, and I couldn’t take it. Today as soon as you walked in the lobby there was a please smell of flowers and such. The apartment I view was beautiful. All I can say is they are getting the building back to the way it should be. DO NOT MOVE HERE****** Maintenance took apart my shower 3 months ago and never came back! Water has been leaking 3+ months and now I have an apartment full of mold ! They never made the initial repairs from my move in! And there’s is bugs EVERYWHERE in the building. Not just the apartments. They REFUSE to make the repairs and I have an open court case for a resolution.
