Pickwick Plaza Apartments

Everything about Pickwick Plaza is top notch. Marshi the staff who worked on my application was phenomenal in showing me the different views to each condo and keeping me informed throughout the process. The location is amazing Downtown but feels like a suburb because of how quiet the street is. Building is well kept with a dog park, heated pool and great amenities. Corey the manager will hand you a welcome gift bag with so many essentials which reflects how much they want their tenants to feel welcomed and immediately at home. 5 amazing stars.

I have lived at Pickwick Plaza Apartments since April of 2019 and dealt with 3 management companies. I didn't think there could be an office team as great as the first one, when I moved in, but the office team we have now is just as great as the first. Our leasing mgr Corey is always very attentive to the buildings needs. There is Nowhere you will live that doesn't or won't experience facility issues and occasional property repairs but there has Never been an issue with anything that Corey has not been right on it (after hours included!) in a "right now" manner and does whatever necessary to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I toured Pickwick Plaza recently and had a great experience. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and has really impressive amenities. The gym and common areas were especially nice. The tour was super smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My tour guide, Masha’ir, did a great job walking me through everything and answering all my questions. You can tell customer service is a priority here. I left really impressed and I’m planning to sign a lease at the beginning of the year. Definitely recommend checking out Pickwick Plaza if you’re apartment hunting!

Possibly one of the worst apartments in the city. I have been here 6 weeks and one elevator has never worked and the second elevator has worked maybe a combined two weeks. The freight elevator is very slow which is the only working elevator. The building is always dirty and the stairwells look like they have never been cleaned. Animal piss in the stairwells as well as residents smoking weed in the stairwells. The amenities are nice if you can use them as the pool and hot tub always has signs saying closed due to KCMO inspections. The staff is nice and easy to deal with but it doesn’t make up for how bad the building is. The gated parking garage has been damaged for over a month. They currently have one side boarded up and the entrance and exit is out of the same door. I would not

Beast of a tour guide, loved her Morale and the honesty she gave. She was a down to earth person and was not fake like may other peoples I’ve done tours with. Definitely considering getting a place there. It was unique experience with many things that made me excited to be apart of the family. Thanks.
