Pickwick Flats

Have been a resident here for a little over 2 years, and can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever been at (and not just in Jax). Modern townhome-style units, with well-built and updated features and appliances. Located in a family-friendly, quiet, safe, and easily accessible neighborhood to shops. Homes in the neighborhood nearby have great sidewalks to walk around and run on! (Lot of Canadian Geese on property too) What sets this complex apart, though is the management and other residents. The management takes your feedback into consideration and actively works maintenance repairs in a timely manner. They’re easily the best, most skilled, and timely handymen I’ve had work on my units before. The staff also organizes events where you can actually get to know your neig

This review is written by a 15 year resident of Pickwick Flats! I recently resigned for another 15 months. In all if these years, our manager and maintenance staffs have been wonderful. I recently had a hot water heater leak that was pretty severe. When I notified the office manager, Jennifer, she sent maintenance over immediately. Within an hour there was a plumber. Much work including drywall and painting was done in a very timely Manner! Never hesitate to rent from this complex. Jennifer, Thomas and Victor are a wonderful on site team ! I rate this complex, in every area. A solid 10 out of 10.

Pickwick is a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The manager is kind and genuinely cares for their residents. They have regular events and activities through Apartment Life where you can meet your neighbors and build a sense of community. I serve as the Events Coordinator and am grateful to be a part of the community!

Welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Tamisha and Jennifer were very helpful. The application process was straightforward. They accept pets! Clean and neatly landscaped property. Inviting clubhouse. All day free coffee. Small but clean fitness center. It had all the essentials. Nice pool area with loungers. The lakes and fountains are nice. And there’s no apartment above you which we’re looking forward to enjoying.

We really do have the best crew here at Pickwick! I'm so grateful for the quick, efficient work that Victor has done (twice) this week! Thank you very much for fixing my closet light and changing out my air filter!!
