Pickwick Farms Apartments

I’ve been calling the office, even left voicemails to see if I can get my scheduled tour confirmed but it seems impossible to get ahold of someone in the office. Not a good impression for a future tenant. It gives the impression that they don’t care about their tenants. So glad I kept looking at other apartments. Will not be moving here!

I am deeply appreciative of my home. I would like to extend my gratitude to my family, Matinece, for your exceptional efforts. The front office and my neighbors also deserve recognition for their outstanding contributions. I am thoroughly enjoying my time here and appreciate the dedication of everyone involved. Thank you for ensuring a peaceful, secure, and clean environment. I also appreciate all that you do and your endeavors to continue growing. I wish continued blessings upon us all.

Started out okay. Had issues with the water heater and the AC which were all repaired fairly quickly. However, we began to first see signs of roaches in the summer/fall of 2023 which we immediately reported to the Leasing Office. Nothing was done. The situation worsened. We went back to the Leasing office with photos. Again, nothing was done. Six months later, we are in to February of 2024 and the problem had escalated so badly that we were emptying dead roaches from our cat’s and dog’s water dishes every single morning. We went back to the Leasing Office and they FINALLY had pest control out to our unit and our unit only. By this time, we were cleaning and wiping everything out at least once a day if not two or three times as I was going through cancer treatments and could not risk gettin

My honest review of Pickwick Farms Apartments is that it’s a nice place to live. The unit looks as expected and I’m very pleased with it. It’s spacious and with nice privacy as well. The land is relaxing and fresh, with areas for pets and a playground. The pool is enjoyable and open for summertime, which is sometimes rare for other places. The people who work here are very good at their jobs and fix issues quickly. They are understanding and go the extra mile. The area overall is pleasant and near various places to eat or purchase items which makes things convenient. I’m enjoying my lease here and would recommend to anyone interested.

There is not much to complain about. These are older apartments. It won't be too stylish, but the price may be appealing. Could use some work sealing doors and windows. However, I never had an issue keeping the spacious unit warm or cold while maintaining a fair electric bill (especially considering it is AES 🤯) but it would help dampen some of the external noises. Maintenance always acted quick to to the few work orders I placed. The ladies in the office were always helpful, and very kind. They'd saved me a couple times from a tow when my trucks plates expired, and had a flat tire. THEY called ME when security put the tag on. I was surprised, really not their respresponsibility, 100% mine and couldnt appreciate the staff enough for their consideration. I'd definitely recommend these apart
