Bob and Nic were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my home buying process. They helped me put in the best offer and get the most for my money. They walked through every step of the process with me and we're always happy to explain anything I had questions about. I will absolutely do business with them in the future.

I just recently moved out (April 2023) to relocate to another town. My duplex/townhome is managed by Picket Fence Realty. I had been a tenant since August of 2017 and I must say that all the employees I've interacted with over the years have been wonderful! No online payments available for monthly rent, though. Love the property I stayed in and the area. They were responsive to work orders and when my townhouse was broken in to in 2018, they promptly replaced the broken glass. Nothing but excellent customer service with Picket Fence Realty! Would definitely rent from a property managed by them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend using this realty company. On May 25, 2022 I found a property for rent that Picket Fence was managing. An agent from a separate company showed us the house and confirmed there wasn't another applicant for the house yet. My 86 year-old mother loved the house and wanted to rent it immediately. I filled out the application on my phone from the driveway of this property and I sent Picket Fence Realty the application fee within the hour. I sent Robert Cain several follow-up emails and I left him messages for nearly two weeks. He did not respond to one message. Nothing. He could have taken 5 minutes to respond to me and explain their procedure but he didn't. He completely ignored me.
