At the beginning of my time with the Pickering and Co. management when I first moved in , there were some small issues with communication especially towards move in. I later realized that this was due to many changes internally which I know understand & grace should be given! Since then I’ve had a pleasant interaction with the staff. They are working hard to increase communication & ensure they train their staff. The staff has been good to me thus far since living at Juniper Ridge I for the past month Everybody can improve and they are doing just that!

Terrible experience, was mistreated to the highest victimized, retaliation,accommodation denied,having to relocate from reporting complaints against rude upstairs tenants since Sept 2024,12 witness,13 non emergency calls from the disturbance all day,night,running illegal daycare, they made it (tenants) they were buddy buddy with property manager Maria who gave e me a hard time and the main manger that gave me problems as well as other tenants, lm a senior citizen and 100 % disabled and was treated as such just asking that the tenant be respectful as well as myself 2 them,2 injuries this year slipped n tub n February due to denied accommodation, then stung right near my eye n July that had damaged the nerves n my eye happened at the dumpster at the apt,out of retaliat

These apartments are literally rid up to the best of there abilities.. bath tubs are filthy they literally had to resurface my bath tub twice!! Plumbing is also bad everything backs up in the tubs. Also the bath tub drips all night remind you tenants pay there own water bill it’s not included . my hot water heater was linking also for months until they put one in because I complained about my water bill.. THE DUMPSTER ARE FITHY THEY THROW TRASH ANYWHERE AROUDN IT. Pipes under the sinks are rusted.. MAKE SURE TO TAKE ALLLLLLLL THE PICTURES YOU NEED LIKE I DID.. I paid a deposit for 2350 still yet to receive anything they said 30 days now it’s take longer. Intolerable noise from tenants upstairs,waited 11 months to have bathroom disability equipment installed after a fall,takes months 4 work orders to be filled, requested 2 have my entrance door repainted 4 the spring was told to buy my own paint,had sink problem work order never acknowledged had to get a professional to correct the problem,tents have mold n their apartments that was never acknowledged,their has been 3 property managers and none seem to no about business and overseeing properties.l would like to add excellent maintenance crew so friendly and polite just slow on work orders. Also was given the only option was to move to a different unit since l reported the intolerable noise to myself and another tent upstairs n the same unit, made numerous calls 2 911 and was continuously to
