Honestly speaking the apartments are not great, you can find cheaper places around this area for a better apartment. The apartment i’m in has an uneven floor in the bathroom and studio AND the bathroom floor leaks water whenever i shower, i had to get a bathroom mat to cover it. The lease says that there is a washer included in the complex, but since August of 2024 I have only been told that it’s getting fixed and NOTHING has changed (im writing this in late April of 2025) We are forced to go to 624 West: on 624W 37th St, Austin, TX 78705 and do laundry there, it’s a 7 minute drive and about a 20 minute walk. The landlord owns both places so i don’t think they’ll ever fix the washer here💀. It’s so inconsiderate of the landlords to do this cuz i know a resident here who takes an uber to do
