For months I have reported unbearable noise from the apartment above mine. Nothing was done until I sent a formal email. Now my bathroom wall is open, pipes are exposed, I cannot properly use my bathroom, and maintenance comes every day, yet the problem is still not solved. To The Oasis At Brandon Picerne Real Estate I received extremely poor customer service from Morgan. I've been living here for almost two years. My monthly rent is always paid before or on time. Air conditioning always going out in this extreme heat. Trash overflow. The fire system alarm going off repeatedly during my remote work hours cost me $$$$$$$ loss! It's been one issue after another too numerous to write, very frustrated. My lease is up in December, $1800 plus for a one bedroom is simply not worth my hard earn money to receive such poor customer service. I expect 5 star customer service. I regret living in their Oasis property. The Electric Vehicle charging station was down for 5 months! I chose to live here for the EV charging, and that main amenity was broken. The staff was horrible, by not apologizing, not keeping me updated on repairs, and very extremely super RUDE! I am celebrating the fact I will be moving out this month. This apartment had terrible AC and the repair people wasted over 20 hours of my time. Don't live in any property owned by Picerne

I have lived in The Oasis At Lakewood Ranch for several years. It was great at first but everything has deteriorated. The breezeways and floors are filthy and unkempt anymore since they do not clean them, the elevators have dog piss in them all the time, the Valet trash people let the bags leak all over the floors, it is just deplorable. To keep the apartments rented the management are not vetting people properly and they are staying a month or so and leaving and they are ruining our place to live. We are seniors and take pride in where we live. We cannot live here, because the rent went up hundreds of dollars and the standard of upkeep went down, anymore and will be leaving when our lease is up. They will not even replace the umbrellas at the pool and we have no place to sit in the shade!
