Piccadilly Apartments

The neighborhood is amazing and the community is great. It is extremely quiet which is always a positive however, these apartments are not worth it. I lived here for a little under two years and there are a plethora of issues that have made me not want to renew my lease here for another year. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the complex to anyone. When you see a not so positive review about these apartments, please carefully read and consider before moving here. Just in the year and a half I’ve lived here I will list all of the things I’ve had to deal with inside this “remodeled” unit. When I first moved in, my shower wouldn’t stay hot for more than 7 minutes. I lived here 12 or so years ago, and it was beautiful and one of the best places I have lived. Recently moved back for that reason however, it is the opposite now. People race through the parking lots, one maintenance man argues with you about anything and complains if you put a ticket in. Months and months of torture 8-10 hours a day from the neighbors upstairs including illegal drug use in plain site . Office staff except Sandy just smiles and nods without action. DO NOT try to work from home from here. Several shootings reported on hip goodlettsville with Piccadilly as the location. Recent shooting within 10 feet of my apt, yet the office indicates I have to pay to break my lease and actually implied they had no knowledge of this even though I have proof. Any complaints gets discredited

Living in my unit, with the neighbors I have, had been great. They're nice and not bothersome. The ladies in the front office are really nice and as helpful as can be. My main issue is maintenence. They lie and say they completed work orders, when they haven't, even when I'm home and no one actually knocks on the door. They should hire people who actually know how to fix things. I requested 4 times for them to change the battery in my smoke detector... it's still beeping 2 months later. It's not a regular smoke detector; they have to go into the ceiling. My boyfriend and I already tried to do it ourselves. I requested the ac get fixed... they knocked on the door, My son let them know that I was home but on a call, and he said alright... Probably better options. I’ve lived here for over 6 years and although it was never great its now even worse.Ive Had leaks from the ceiling that even started to mold that they didn’t fix for years…even after that they didn’t really fix it but only painted over it. My dishwasher had been leaking for a long time and when they finally decided to address it they brought me a refurbished one and it’s even worse. Stays backed up and smells like sewage all the time in the kitchen. The refrigerator had been smelling strange for a long time… so much so that the ice started to taste funny. I called in with a simple question about a lease and the team working were not sure of the correct answer, which is okay. They put the manager on the phone who thought they put me on hold, however, did not and I could hear them telling each other how big of jerk I am and how they are going to “shove the corporate office number down my throat.” I think they realized they didn’t mute themselves because they gave me the corporate number and hung up right away. Admittedly, it’s very funny, however very unprofessional. The team at the leasing office that day was; Ciara, Heather, and Sandy. At the very least I hope this review prompts them to ensure the mute button is pressed before they start talking trash about the people on the other end of the phone.
