Phoenix View Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost 1 year now with my husband and my dog and I only have good things to say about this place. Sally and the whole maintenance team are so nice and attentive. The apartment inside has a beautiful kitchen and the balcony is my favorite part!! The neighbors are nice and quiet, and I love living in this area since we’re close to everything! 10/10

Phoenix View has been great as a community very quiet very pet friendly and caring neighbors. Moving to a new area can be very scary Sally was very forthright and honest throughout the move in process. Through my time over the last year I have had nothing but great experiences with Sally and the management team with every question they are quick and easy to work with. Things get fixed quickly if they're broken and they send email updates a lot to keep in sense of what's going on in the community.

I lived at Phoenix View apartments for almost 5 years and loved it. The property is clean and well maintained. The location is great, just a quick walk to the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. My apartment was quiet and my neighbors really nice. The community is pet friendly and has a small dog park. Sally is very nice and welcoming and always had a treat for my pets.

Phoenix View apartments is a wonderful place to live. It's been a great experience for our family. Sally goes above and beyond with friendliness and care. You feel like part of a family with her welcome. Always feel like we know what is going on with quick communication. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The care from the team that takes care shows in how welcoming the environment is. Maintenance has always been quick and will call for any questions

Phoenix view has been such a great place to live! We have lived here for 2 years and the community is safe and quiet. Maintenance and the front office are really responsive. In the last year, they’ve added even more safety protocols like locks to get into each building and more lights outside. The apartments are updated but still feel very cozy, and you can walk to downtown Phoenixville in about 10 mins. Highly recommend living here!
