SCAMMERS - What my wife and I were hoping would be a painless experience with Phoenix Property Management ended up being a hassle and yet another example of worst business practices. My wife and I rented from them in Cary for about 1.5 years. We were looking for a house in November and asked about breaking our lease early. They told us there was a convenient program, which in summary amounted to paying a full month's rent as a penalty. This was the cost of "marketing" the property, which is what they would obviously do anyways regardless of whether or not we were breaking the lease. Whatever, we paid the fee and signed the form to discover that they hadn't marketed the property after a full week (I had to remind them). We rented through this leasing company for the past 4 years and had a truly positive experience from start to finish. The only reason we moved was because the owner decided to sell the property, and even then, the team was very considerate and gave us plenty of time and support to find a new place. Megan has been absolutely fantastic — always professional, responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Anytime we had a question or concern, she handled it quickly and made the process smooth. Maintenance was also consistently reliable. Derek especially deserves a shoutout — he is very friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. Leased for 4 1/2 years. The management team is professional and friendly. I have enjoyed one-on-one interaction with Meghan and Max. Always professional and friendly. Service orders are managed promptly, and I always receive a courtesy follow-up call to ensure all is well after the service need is met. ❤️

Horrible. The HOA will target certain demographics, they don’t look after any of their properties and communication is horrible. They will fine you for parking on the street, but I see people parked on the street daily. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I submitted an inquiry through Zillow to view one of this company’s properties and a woman randomly called me a few hours later and in the most rude tone of voice asked how she can help me as if I was bothering her. I'm sorry, what? You called me!!! And you already know I inquired to view one of your properties. She then asked about my situation and when I shared that we have a few pets, I was told we can't rent from this company because of all the damage more than 2 pets will do. Before I even replied, she proceeded to go on a rant about how even the best behaved and well trained pets will cause unimaginable damage. I totally understand that plenty of properties are not pet friendly and that's not the issue, our family is used to that. It was the tone and condescending way that she spoke
