Not to mention unaddressed mold in the ceiling that was just patched over. Get ready for folks that don't want to work hard to ruin your hard earned investment here at PhillyLiving. She got help/support for me when I needed it during the preparation for selling stages. My property was prepped and ready for the market on day 1, and we had a buyer during the first week. Excellent property management! I have had virtually no major issues with my rental home in the past 2ish years until last week. I had a plumbing issue come up with my kitchen sink around noon Friday and submitted a maintenance request through the portal, thinking I would have to go the weekend ordering takeout and eating off paper plates. I got a call from a plumber an hour or two later, and an hour or two after that it was fixed. Totally blown away by the responsiveness and efficiency, and very happy with my choice to rent through this company.
