We had an incredible experience with Philly Closings! The entire process was seamless and the customer service top notch. Our closer Melissa was incredible at settlement. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding through issues we encountered at the very last minute. Thank you to Melissa and the entire Philly Closings team!

Would not recommend. Their wire room closes early and will schedule a closing knowing the seller will not receive funds. This may be fine but someone should communicate some expectations. Interest accrues daily so this can cost money or delay purchases. Edit: also found out they had incorrect payoff figures requiring me to satisfy liens after closing.

My ONE STAR review is for the attitude that I received from Nancy through an email. My employees know where the door is if they no longer want to work. Maybe someone should show Nancy where the door is. I called this morning for a simple question about a lien for a title that was done with this company. The lady on the phone was great but then afterwords Nancy was pissed because she was on a chain of emails and then on top of that she forgot to put the attachment and then had a attitude when I sent told her to send it again. If you don’t like your job time to get a new one no need to get an attitude with somebody you don’t even know. I wish one of my employees woukd talk to a customer of mine this way I freaking wish. Unprofessional.

Unnecessary, I had to spent $500 just because "we see this situation (Inheritance Tax) often at our office. The Unnecessary time spent and mental anguished was really Unnecessary! The attitude sucked! A recommendation is one thing but the judgemental attitude is another.

The whole company uses one email address to communicate with clients. If you want to speak to someone, you have to put attention in the subject otherwise they will ignore the email. They use like aol email. I feel sad for them because the boss is cheap that cannot afford email server. They change the title agent and closing agent without noticing my lender so we lost the communication and I cannot close the house on time.
