Phillips Pass Apartments

Karen and Kelli have been absolutely wonderful during the application process. I came in with doubts about a personal situation regarding leasing and Kelli kept a positive outlook and made me feel comfortable applying. Once I did things went so smooth with Karen the manager. She explained some things that were actually AWESOME to me and congratulated me on being APPROVED. These apartments are absolutely beautiful. The setup is gorgeous as well. Parking is ample. I'm very glad to have stopped in to Phillips Pass..a place I now call HOME. Come in and lease... you won't be disappointed!

I recently moved into Phillips Pass Apartments, and the management team Lead by Ms Karen was absolutely amazing! They made my move super easy and stress free. The management team is responsive and always quick to handle maintenance requests. The community is very quiet, clean and feels safe. The location is also super convenient-close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living experience. Thanks again Karen and Kelly you were definitely GOD sent.

The manage Karen was a huge help with my move in. I was able to go from application to approved in under 4 hours. The community is awesome and the apartments are spacious

This apartment is an Awesome place to live, I have lived here for two years now, and I love my apartment because it's on the first floor with a patio, this is Awesome, because you feel like you are living in a house. The Management, here on site they are very friendly and kind, and they do try to attend to any issues or maintenance problems quickly. This is a very quiet community, everyone stays to themselves. This area is located in a place where businesses are easily to get . Phillips Pass, is an Excellent place to call home.

I have enjoyed my home here at Phillips Pass. Staff has been pleasant, maintenance was very speedy, no issues with bugs. Great community to be apart of. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.
