Yhe staff here are pretty friendly. And thwy are experienced, and most has been working here for a considerable amount of time. However, The cost to live here continues to grow. This the buildings been having some heat& hot water issues for the firsttimesinceIcan remember, And the maintenance of it all has seemingly taken a step back. The new management and board members might be the reason for the setback, whatever the reason, these need to be addressed.

I was here for a dear friend and I must admit that they are really taking care of the place, after all this years. It’s so clean you can smell it. Garbage being handled properly, floors and carpet is cleaned.

Nice quiet clean and the security is definitely on top of things it's renovations going on the outside make it look it's best..

Accessible via the B41 local & limited buses , B103 bus, B6 local and limited buses, B44 local & select buses, and the 2 and 5 trains at the junction of Nostrand and Flatbush Avenues. Close to Target, Aldi's, Home Goods.

Very nice building. The apartment I visited had a good view from the small terrace & the rooms weren't too small.
