My wife and I rented a townhouse through Maurice C. and were well taken care of in terms of communicating with PRE. They offer a convenient online payment portal and we did not have any trouble getting in touch with someone when we had questions or concerns. My wife and I recently completed a real estate transaction with Philadelphia Realty Exchange and its agent Keith Stallone. The entire process could not have gone better. Keith helped us convert a 1031 exchange into a wonderful property for our future. In the process of completing this transaction, Keith's extensive knowledge of the city was invaluable. He showed us properties form Old City to Fairmount Park and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each property. Additionally, PRE office staff kept in constant contact with us and as a liaison between us and our lender. Very professional office staff and top notch management company. I think this company needs to be a little careful about what they can do.sometimes when you spread yourself across multiple services something drops. Selling houses is different than doing property management. Property management takes time , organization and follow up. More to come on this review.
