Pheasant Run Apartments

Edit(after 2 years): parking sucks. Especially if you choose the back building. Landlady does not do a good job at all. They manage the snow removal awfully. Parking is awful. Save yourself the hassle and dont move here if you don't have to. Internet is meh, it dogs down. I know that's not on the apartment's, but it's a downside still. Train is loud, but you get use to it. After all the train is just doing its job. Please do this place a favor and do not move here. Maybe then they will make some changes. First review at 5 stars: I live here now and it's pretty great! Edit after winter of being here 2 years(18 April, 2019). They at least started notifying by email 2 days in advance for snow removal. I stand the same on the rest and the land lord is changing.

We have had a great experience renting from Pheasant Run. The on site manager is prompt in taking care of any issues that may arise and takes great care of the property. He is always on top of keeping the sidewalks shoveled in the winter and the property looking its best! Our building is quiet and our apartment is very cozy. We also have garages, which is a nice feature as well! We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here!

I truly enjoyed living at Pheasant Run. Shane is an excellent manager of the units. It is very apparent that he takes excellent care of the property, both inside and outside. Maintenance requests were always addressed in a timely manner, sidewalks and the parking lot were always clear in the winter, and communication was always easy. The apartments are very clean and I always felt safe living there. I moved out in 2022 to relocate for a job but my experience at Pheasant Run was wonderful.

We have had a great experience with Shane the onsite manager. He keeps things clean and in order. Whenever we have needed anything fixed or replaced, he has always completed what was needed in a timely manner. He also has always been wonderful at removing snow and ice early in the mornings to accommodate everyone's schedules. He makes it a relaxing place to live.

This review was made years ago and no longer applies as it is under a new manager. Apartments are in great shape. Heat, water, garbage are included in pricing and it comes with your own washer and dryer but the Apartment Manager is nearly unbearable as are some of the other tenants. Several tenants report random people for having parties or loud music on when there is not even anyone home and the manager just believes it and calls and immediately starts yelling. No questions asked ever, just yelling and accusations.
