I’ve closed on a lot of properties. This closing experience def is the inferior one of them all. I was left in a room forgotten while their office staff left for lunch and didn’t even tell us. Such an exciting time and such a horrible experience. You can do better…

Omg! Where do I start?? Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy a home and I will guarantee you, you will have less headaches. From the first day of sending them your personal information, they will start making mistakes with your contract and you would go through hell and lose a LOT of time dealing with them. I am right now sitting at their office since 11am to sign the contract, now it's after 3pm and they haven't brought to me the contract with the correct names and information on it. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? 2 months dealing with them and at the same closing date, they still have errors on the contract! REALLY BAD!

Pulte title orlando is absolutely terrible. They are by far the worst part of pulte to work with. We had an excellent experience with pulte construction and mortgage. But the title company was horrendous and single handedly ruined the closing process. They gave incorrect numbers and did not give a final number until 11 am on the day of closing. They literally lied on the phone when answering questions and caused my wife snd I to question our decision to purchase a pulte home. I HIGHLY recommend never to work with them.

Update: We received the refund and explanation of why it was incorrectly calculated. Appreciated the understanding. Original review: We are still waiting for a refund of approximately $1,000 in taxes incorrectly calculated by PGP title. We closed the end of Sept 2023, and it is now Jan 2024. After we brought this discrepancy to their attention, we were informed they would send a refund within 30 days. Disappointed that we needed to identify the mistake AND that we are still waiting for a check.

We closed on our home on 07/24/23. The loan process was extremely easy and seamless. The closing process another story. As we entered the office I noticed how sterile and cold it was, literally and figuratively. We were ushered into a room just as cold and sad, a woman with a file folder entered the room said “you both look lovely and we’ll take a lot of photos”and went right into sign here and there and so on. I must say she was very friendly I don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself. Our realtor showed up so after and questioned a charge that appeared twice, she excused herself and came back saying it’s valid. At the end of signing we were presented with a small blue box that said PULTE and shown the keys inside, we were then invited to take photos with the key and box.
