PGA Village POA

Every time I have contacted this company (that is supposed to manage our neighborhood) their reps have blown me off or lied to me. Unfortunately we don’t yet have any say in which property management company is selected but when we do I will not vote for Lang. They take their payment each quarter and do not deliver to the residents. If you’re looking for a management company, keep looking and stay as far away from Lang as you can get.

Worst thing to happen to any community that uses them. Attention to detail is non existent and honestly has no clue on any community's actual rules and regulations. But they sure are quick to jack up your HOA dues. Currently have a petition going around to get them canceled for negligence. I heard St Lucie county is looking for a new company to pick up garbage so I'm sure they would be great at that !!

No one answered the phone after numerous attempts. Also no answering machine, nor did they reply to a prior message left when there was an answering machine.

Never received a return call for an inquiry. Not a good first impression.
