Peyton Stakes Apartments

Hi! I moved from these “luxury” apartments a couple of months ago. Everything was great at first and I was even considering staying here long term. I was in for a rude awakening when I was told there was going to be construction (which has apparently been going on for years). The leasing office continuously re-assured me it would be quick and painless — it was not. They offered no rent concession whatsoever. Peyton stakes single-handedly ruined my mental health, my sleep schedule, and honestly inconvenienced me in every way possible, which is crazy considering the amount of money I paid in rent every month. Beware , if you loose your keys your looking at 500 dollars to get them replaced . They will jack your rent up a ridiculous amount after your lease ends . Beware the hot tub tends to not work correctly most of the time and also absolutely filthy with pounds of sand and dirt inside . Now lets talk about the mail room . Good luck finding your packages and be prepared to look for an hour everytime you order something off Amazon. staff is friendly not bad mouthing them, their hands are tied with the management company. Horrible company, I’d recommend find another apartment complex in Germantown . Theres tons of them now . Best of luck and happy hunting .

We had to find a new place ASAP and Keeley was so incredibly kind & helpful! We had so much back & forth and she was always so accommodating and went above & beyond to help us find a new home at Peyton. Thank you so much Keeley, you’re the best!!! Truly the sweetest person and made this process so much easier/better for us :)

Lived at Peyton Stakes for 2 years and was sorry to leave (company transfer). 5 min from Broadway, 20 min from the airport and lots of great local eateries just steps away. Very safe place to live, tenants are mostly young professionals and those in the music business. Some AirBnB rentals in the complex means that there are always new people to meet. Pool is a party on the weekends and lots of other amenities including a gym, yoga space, art room and 5th floor patio to name a few. Usually (pre COVID) there are weekly activities to join. Also a nice recreation space in the 1st floor parking area where live local music is played the last Thursday of the month. Package delivery lockers (nothing ever went missing) are handy. We recently moved into Peyton Stakes and it has been excellent so far! The amenities are a huge upgrade from my last place and the community has been very welcoming. Special shout-out to Amberly, our leasing agent, who made the entire process so easy! I’ve never had such a great apartment tour and she was able to answer all of our questions during the tour and throughout the leasing process. Total rockstar!
